Sarge is a wonderful, sweet boy who is probably a purebred chocolate Labrador Retriever. He was found running loose in Springfield, IL without collar, tags or microchip. Efforts to find his owner were futile. June 28th he was transferred to Canine Solutions to reside until a new home could be found for him. He is neutered, around 3-5 years of age, knows basic obedience commands and likes to "Shake." He is house and crate trained, gentle and calm. He is a tall boy standing around 24 inches and weighing a thin 65-70 pounds. He needs to gain weight!!! He needs his distemper and rabies shots, microchip and heartworm test before he is ready to be placed. This is an instant companion and a wonderul find. Adoption fee $250.
