Riley is a Golden Retriever mix found running loose and impounded in a central Illinois shelter. He was not reclaimed nor adopted so was transferred to Canine Solutions to avoid euthansia. He was in poor condition, very thin (42 pounds), shy and wary, but is gaining weight, trust and confidence as he adjusts here in his new foster home. He is a sweet lovable young man estimated to be 12-15 months old. He adores attention and leans up against your leg to get petted. He is good on our walks, staying with our pack. He may be house trained, is crate trained and gets along well with other dogs. He is about 22 inches tall, should weigh about 60-65 pounds. As soon as he gains more weight he will be neutered, vaccinated, tested for heartworms and microchipped. Adoption fee $200.
