Kipper is a purebred Labrador Retriever surrendered by his owners when they moved. He was actually left behind to fend for himself trapped in a small pen. He has lost a lot of weight, but was fed by neighbors until he was removed from his intolerable conditions. He is sweet, high energy, loves to retrieve and would make a great agility, flyball or hunting prospect. He is estimated to be 18-24 months old, gets along with other dogs, seems very smart and loves to go for runs with the pack. He is about 21-22 inches tall, weighs about 65 pounds, up to date on shots, neutered and microchipped. Unfortunately he was never treated with monthly heartworm meds so he is heartworm positive and undergoing monthly treatment. Adoption fee $250.
